We visited the much talked about Fiori's in Dormont on January 24, 2010 and we must say that it does live up to the hype! We ordered 2 items a large pizza, half plain and half sausage and a pizza boat. Here are thoughts on the both the pizza and the boat:
o Large pizza – half plain, half sausage
o Traditional, thin crust…similar to New York style pizza
o Sausage was good, but prefer crumbled sausage
o Nice balance between slightly sweet sauce and the right amount of cheese
o The cheese was melted perfectly and had many dark bubbles of cheesy goodness on it
o The crust had several air pockets and was chewy and delicious with a slight crispiness

• Pizza boat
o Could be called “French bread” pizza…as it’s called in many school cafeterias
o Half order would be perfect for an individual portion
o Has more sauce than traditional pizza, but works well with the thick bread
o The cheese on the pizza boat was thicker than the pizza itself but not as bubbly
